Hannah Powell Disertation Defense

Hannah Powell, a doctoral student in Applied Mathematics, will defend her dissertation topic proposal on Tuesday, September 23 at 1:30 pm in Fretwell 315. Hannah’s dissertation advisor Dr. Xingjie Li. The title of Hannah’s dissertation topic is “Constructing a Reduced Stochastic Model for Complex Systems”. All interested persons are invited to attend; in particular, graduate faculty and graduate students working in the same or similar fields are strongly encouraged to attend.
