3. Properties of polynomial and rational functions; Rational functions – Polynomial and Rational inequalities.

4. Operations with functions & Composite Functions; Reciprocal and Inverse functions.

5. Review for Test #1; Test 1.

6. Definition of Exponential Functions & Their Graphs; Definition of Logarithmic Functions & Their Graphs; Introduction in limits; Limits in the plane using graphs of functions.

7. Radian & Degree Measures – Coterminal Angles – Arc Length – Area of a circular sector; Trigonometric Functions and right triangles.

8. Trigonometric Functions and the unit circle-Referent Angles-Applications-Relations between trigonometric functions; Properties of trigonometric functions – Graphs of Trigonometric Functions (Sine & Cosine).

9. Graphs of Trigonometric Functions (Tangent, Cotangent, Secant, & Cosecant).
